Waterpolo: This sport, we do in the swiming-pool, in the team there are seven players. There are $ parts in the mach for, and the palyers hear a inusual hat to protect.

Rugby: This sport we do in the rugby camp. In the team are 15 players. For this sport is necesary a one protector for the teeth. There are 3 parts one and two during 40 minutes and the thirsty the two teams went to eat.

Padel: This sport are 4 player, but are two teams. The 4 players play two person other two person. In the mach are 3 set, like tennis. This sport, we do in special place, in this place are 6 walls and to finish this sport you can play in amateur and professional.

Welcome to Bilbao!

Bilbao is a city in the north of Spain that is famous for different things. Here come a lot of people from different parts of the world.
In this guide, we are going to explain types of tourism that we can find in this Basque city.

Entertainment is thougth to be a way to spend the free time. People spend their free time doing things that they love more, like going to the cinema, shopping....

Moreover, you can find a big variety of cultural activities to do in museums and in another places.

In the case of the shops you can find a contrast of typical Basque shops and famous shops like Zara, Louis Vuitton, H&M, .. where`people can buy and enjoy visiting them.

First of all, we can find a big variety of restaurants where tourist can have lunch or dinner in. Furthermore, people who come can spend their time in this city doing a typical Basque activity ''Potear''. This activity is very famous and people often do this because ''Poteo'' is a route of bars and Basque restaurants.

To sum up, Bilbao is an alternative city where tourist can visit, enjoy in and walk around it. On top of this,  this little city is the better option to do cultural tourism in north coast of Spain because of the museums, different kind of activities that we can find.

1- MUSEUMS

The most famous museums in Bilbao are the Guggenheim and the Bellas Artes. The Guggenheim is near the River Nervion and in this museum every four months they change the exposition.

The Bellas Artes Museum is close to Doña Casilda Park and close to Guggenheim Museum too.

2- SHOPPING CENTRES

The Zubiarte shopping centre is between Doña Casilda Park and Iberdrola's Tower. Is not a big centre but is very central and we can find huge variety of popular shops in it.

In the outskirts of Bilbao in diferent towns there are many shopping centres, like Artea that is near Las Arenas, or Max Centre which is in Barakaldo.

3- TOURIST ACTIVITIESIn some information centres you can find a lot of tours information to do, with a guide or taking a bus.You can go all around Bilbao and see the most important monuments and buildings of this city.

The guided tours are very expensive, so it's better for you to take a bus which takes you for two hours visiting the whole city or going for your own that would take you for a long time.

4- ADVICE

If you want to have a really good time in Bilbao but at the same time learning a lot about this city, we recomend you to go to see the coast visiting towns like Plencia and Bakio.

Sport Facilities in the Basque Country

The report describes various options for the people who want to know abaout the basque sport.

The most important

It is a tipìcal basque sport,where you play hitting ball with your hands. It is not a expensive sport and is really enjoing. It can play with more than 1 player.

Wooden bat

Pala it is a tradision in the Basque Country. Like in eskupilota you need a "fronton" and a wooden bat to hit the ball against the wall. The rules are very simple, they are the same as pelota.

Tradicion

In the Basque Country is very important above all for the young people who plays football since the are childrens. There are a lot of teams to play this sport. We also have profesional teams like for example Athletic.

More international

Cesta punta: like most of the Basque sports you will play in a fronton with a hand basket and a ball. The rules are more or less the same as in eskupilota.

MUSEUM:
The most famous museums in Bilbao, are Guggenheim and Bellas Artes. The Guggenheim is near the river nervion and in this museum we can see different expositions every four months. If you like shopping, you can find in the centre of Bilbao and in the right hand of the Iberdorla's tower,one shopping centre, the Zubiarte shopping centre.Appart of that shopping centre, in Bilbao you can find other one, Uribitarte, which is in Deusto, neur of Deusto's University. Then, you can find bigger ones in the outside of Bilbao. For example, The Max Centre in Barakaldo and The Ballonti in Portugalete. In this shopping centres, you can spend a very nice time, because you can do a lot of different things: you can go shopping, you can watch a film in the cinema, you can go to have a tea or a drink, you can go bowling...

TOURISTIC ACTIVITIES:
There is a lot of posibility of excursions, we have got a doble turist bus calls Tour Bilbao...
In turist office you can take any guide or plan to do in Bilbao turist zone.
Apart of museums there are a lot of things to do like canoa in nervion,also you can go to do some activities,like visiting the Cuevas de Altamira for example.
Another good plan is visiting the nearest citys of the basque country like Vitoria or Donosti.

ADVISES:
You must go to the coast of Basque Country and the beaches, the rivers and a lot of montains like Pagasarri or Gorbea.
You must go to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, a beautiful place where you can have a good time enjoying the beautiful views.
You must go to go to pubs and party zones of bilbao and outskirts.
You can't leave this country without seeing this beautiful things, because you are going to be hallucinated.

Around Bilbao you can do a lot of sports for example risky, team and water sports
-Risky sports
In this tipe of sports we can do parkour for example.In parkour you do not wear anything and you must go jumping and doing tricks. In down hill you down the mountain in a bike too faster.
In bmx it does in a skate park and you can do tricks with a bmx bike.
-Team sports
These sports can do all the year and they are very popular. Football, basketball, hand ball for example. These sports plays a lot of people and in all the towns there are a one team or more.
-Water sports
Waters sports are very popular sports above all of the summer because people pass all the sammer in the water. Surf and bodyboard are most popular sports, old and young people practise this sport are funny and refreshing.
-Advice
1- When you go to do a risky sports the best with you can do is get helment part
2- If you do team sport you will play with a team.
3-In water sports if you can not swim the best with you will can do is no practice these sports or lear to swim.

It was summer and I was in the beach and the waves were too tall for me,so inmeditely I went to the wate.
But the waves were too stronger for me and they hit me very heavy. Luckily anything happened to me. In that moment I said "never again".

A girl who dont´t take a good marks in class, her mother promised her that if she pass everything she would bring her to the town all summer.
The daughter took good marks but the mother said her that she must go to a camp to improve english very hard.

NEVER AGAIN:

When I was seventeen I went to Ginbra,in Suiza, with my classmates by bus.
at the beging we think that it would be funny travel because I went with my friends but the travel took us sixteen hours and that was te reason that I said never again.

Six years ago I went bungee jumping with my parets. I thought it was going to be an incredible experience at first. When I was up in the bridge I scared but my father pushed me down. I had a horrible experience. I`m not going to do it never again.

NEVER AGAIN

Last years, I went to see a bull running. While I was seeing that I was thinking that is very cruel. The bulls shouted of pain and the public enjoy seeing that. I think that isn't correct way to enjoy an afternoom. So I decided that I never again go to see that.

The romance holiday

Last summer my friends iker went holidays to canarias, the firist day iker look at pretty girl at the hotel and approached her.He passed all of the holidays with the girl, they did a lot of activities: play billar, sunbathing...
At the end of the holidays made special romantic dinner, when the dinner finished the girl kiss Iker.

NEVER AGAIN!

last year in a family dinner i ate a clam, i ate very, there was a beutigul food. We finished the dinner and i went to my home and there I went to the bed. I was specially tired and the next day i was ill and I NEVER ate AGAIN!

THE LIE

Laura told her mother that she was going to sleep to a friend’s house, and later she stayed all night at the street. But her mother caught her bag in a cupboard. When Laura arrived home, her mum was woke up to tell her off why she lied her.

One summer I went to the swimingpool with my mom. The weather was really good and i wanted to go to the water, and I did, but without swiming-had. Then, when I went inside the pool, the life-guard, took me out of the water. I was scared because I was a child and I´ve never been inside a pool without had again.
